Short Rest:
A 1-3 hour break that restores 10% of the party's health, 10% of the party's magic, and everyone can make an SR 15 fortitude roll to cure 1 level of exhaustion.
Nap:
1 hour nap (Can be taken while resting)
Restores 5% of the party's health, 10% of the party's magic, and everyone can make an SR 15 fortitude roll to cure 1 level of exhaustion.
Short Sleep:
3 hour sleep (Can be taken while resting)
Restores 20% of the party's health, 50% of the party's magic, and everyone can make an SR 10 fortitude roll to cure 1 level of exhaustion.
Long Rest:
6-8 hours, must include at least 6 hours of sleep.
Restores 50% of the party's health, 100% of the party's magic, and everyone is cured of 1 level of exhaustion.
