New

Ancients

  • The Undying Scribe now has a second path of devotion benefits. Path of the Observer focuses on staying hidden so the scribe can learn the secrets best left hidden.

  • Zol now has a second path of devotion benefits. Path of purity makes the follower immune to many status effects.


Armor

  • Performer’s shoes, rare boots: +2 to perform - music and perform - routine rolls


Classes

  • Alchemist classes now start with an apprentice alchemy kit.


New Class

  • Bard - Guileful: These bards have silver tongues and are natural smooth talkers. They can talk their way into and out of most situations, with a handful of spells to help them out.


Creatures:

  • Disease Dragon Whelp: These small drakes pack a toxic breath that makes them a pest and danger to livestock. The unprepared should be careful.

  • Spectral Swarmer: an undead creature that is extremely weak, able to be dispatched in a single blow. It makes up for its fragility by attacking with hundreds of its brethren.

Familiars:

  • All dragon whelps now have familiar bonuses.


Ingredients

  • Monster Fangs have been added to replace other fangs in recipes.

  • Monster Blood has been added to replace other blood in recipes.

  • Monster Eyes have been added to replace other eyes in recipes.


Items

  • Smithing kits: 2 ranks, these kits are portable forges that allow smelting and crafting

  • Enchanting kits: 3 ranks, these portable kits allow characters to enchant equipment

  • Alchemy kits: 3 ranks, these portable kits allow characters to brew potions


Perks

  • Natural resistance 1, level 1: Gain DR against a chosen element

  • Natural resistance 2, level 16: Gain DR against two chosen elements

  • Natural resistance 3, level 30: Gain DR against three chosen elements

  • Complete Range of Benefits, level 50: Gain additional benefits from your ancient

  • Power of the Gods, level 50: Gain additional benefits from your god

  • Attribute Boost, level 50: Gain 7 attribute points

  • Skill Boost, level 50: Gain 100 skillpoints

  • Multiclass capstone, level 50: Gain two class ranks

  • Generalist Capstone, level 50: Gain a handful of general bonuses

  • Permanent Tattoos 1, level 14: CL 1-3 tattoos can now be made permanent.

  • Permanent Tattoos 2, level 22: CL 4-6 tattoos can now be made permanent.

  • Permanent Tattoos 3, level 32: CL 7-9 tattoos can now be made permanent.

  • Better Tattoos 3, level 32: Characters can now make CL 10 tattoos


Races

  • Kitsune Zirians now gain a free rank of Guileful Bard.


Spells

  • The Undying Scribe, CL 1: Spellbook to Spell Gems. This spell allows the caster to create spell gems.

  • The Undying Scribe, CL 5: Scribe’s Scry. This is a powerful scrying spell, great for gaining new information.

  • All of Teo’s spells are now on a dedicated sheet

  • Bard, CL5: Bard’s Barbed Whip. This is a more powerful whip spell that deals bleed damage and gives levels of bleeding.

Terrain

  • Acid Puddle: A minor inconvenience that weakens the armor of anyone in it.

Changes

  • Teo, 50 devotion benefit: This benefit has been replaced with the following: Once per day, a follower of Teo can change a chosen bio-mod of a target to a different random bio-mod of the same rank.

  • Artificer’s tables and stabilizers have been removed.

  • Initiate Blight, aether, and corrupt blight Worshiper traits were moved to the tribal gods.

  • The benefits of following the Undying Scribe were heavily buffed and overhauled to provide a more rewarding and balanced experience.

  • The bonuses for being a child of the undying scribe have been tweaked to reflect the changes to following the undying scribe.

  • Convergence (Druid spell) is now Druidic Mimicry and has received a slight buff.

  • Bardic instruments have been overhauled so that any type of instrument can have any of the different bonuses and enchantments.

  • Acidic Saliva, Rank 5 bio-mod: This included outdated language and did not work in the current state of the game. It now deals a low amount of acid damage.

  • Artificer Grenadier rank 4, 6, 8, 9, and 10 had the trap trail bonuses removed, gained alternate uses for the mine, bomb, and missile the class uses, and gained the ability to use multiple at a time.


Major Character Changes

  • Character health has been increased significantly.

  • DR has been changed, it is no longer a % reduction and instead reduces incoming damage by a flat amount equal to the character’s DR.

Major Class Update

  • All classes now give proficiencies

  • All classes now give knowledge

  • Many classes have been reformatted for ease of reading

  • Some class bonuses have been reworked

  • Barbarians, warriors, paladins, and skinwalker druids gain additional maximum health.
