Size Categories
In the realms of LoT, there are creatures of all sizes. These size categories help define creatures and how to display them on a map.
Tiny
Size Range: Less than 1 foot wide, up to 1 foot tall
Size on Map: Four tiny creatures can fit in each 5 foot square on a map.
Effects:
-2 Vigor
+3 Dexterity
-60 DR vs Radiation, Enervation, and Dissonance
-50% inventory slots
Tiny creatures can ride medium creatures with no penalty
Small
Size Range: 1 foot to 3 feet wide or tall
Size on Map: Up to two small creatures can fit in each 5 foot square on a map.
Effects:
-1 Vigor
+2 Dexterity
-30 DR vs Radiation, Enervation, and Dissonance
-25% inventory slots
Small creatures can ride medium creatures, but they are now considered a large creature.
Small creatures can ride large creatures with no penalty.
Medium
Size Range: 3 feet to 6 feet wide or tall, up to 8 feet tall.
Size on Map: Medium creatures take up a single 5 foot space on a map.
Effects:
Medium creatures can ride large creatures, but they are now considered a huge creature.
Medium creatures can ride huge creatures with no penalty.
Large
Size Range: 6 feet to 11 feet wide or tall, up to 15 feet tall.
Size on Map: Large creatures take up a 2x2 area of 5 foot spaces on a map.
Effects:
+1 Vigor
+30 DR vs Radiation, Enervation, and Dissonance
+25% inventory slots
Large creatures can only move at half speed when in a space less than 10 feet wide.
Huge
Size Range: 11 feet to 16 feet wide or tall, up to 20 feet tall.
Size on Map: Huge creatures take up a 3x3 area of 5 foot spaces on a map.
Effects:
-1 Dexterity
+2 Vigor
+60 DR vs Radiation, Enervation, and Dissonance
+50% inventory slots
Huge creatures cannot enter spaces less than 10 feet wide.
Huge creatures can only move at half speed when in a space less than 15 feet wide.
Colossal
Size Range: 16 feet wide and wider, over 20 feet tall.
Size on Map: Colossal creatures take up a 4x4 area of 5 foot spaces on a map, and can take up more spaces depending on their actual size.
Effects:
-3 Dexterity
+5 Vigor
+120 DR vs Radiation, Enervation, and Dissonance
+100% inventory slots
Colossal creatures cannot enter spaces less than half their size in width.
Colossal creatures can only move at half speed when in a space less than their width.
